Great bit!

Sharp, cuts fast and true, actually cuts to well. Have to watch the depth of cut as this really wants to take a lot of material.

Great for flattening milled slab.

Used this to flatten a couple of cedar and walnut slabs that were rough milled. Make up a jig, go slow, small thin cuts and you'll end up with a finished surface that requires very little sanding to get to final surface. The replaceable carbides are a HUGE plus. I was a little hesitant at first, and would recommend slowed speeds, it it a large bit after all.

Sharp Edge

Great bit for surfacing/planing using cnc. Balance is excellent. Being able to rotate and replace the blades means you always have a sharp edge.

Works great with a router sled

Ive used this for flattening a number of slabs and cookies (end grain). Works well. Took my time making passes and didnt try to take too deep a pass at a time and got great results

Strong, smooth finish!

This is a top shelf bit, with the replaceable carbide inserts it really has limitless durability. The more accurate your set up with respect to level and square to the surface, the more this bit shows off it's ability.
