I am using it to cut thin polycarbonate. So far I have had no issues and the bit has been holding up well.

I’m making natural edge mesquite frames out of 2” mesquite. I had great hopes this could give me the straight,smooth edges I needed on the inside. I got a 3” wide strip rom Home Depot for a straight edge and this bit, at the slowest speed for safety, cut it like a hot knife thru butter. Perfectly smooth with no ridges from the blades. I got this on sale, but seeing the performance, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it at full price.
The price of 79.00 at 8:00pm is a scam. Two days ago at exactly 8:00 pm I added item to cart and applied code. Cart showed that total was 79.00 as stated. Went to PayPal for payment and still showed 79.00. completed transaction and showed total for full price with no discount after transaction was already completed. There was no way to cancel order.
