RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
EASY RETURNS ON SPETOOL
SpeTool is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, within 60 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new for refund, follow the steps listed below:
STEP 1
First, please send a return request email to service@spetools.com, if your request is approved, please go to My Account (top right of your website) to access your order and select the items you want to return. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
STEP 2
Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your original SpeTool box or any cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
STEP 3
Ship your return back to us, the return address will be written on the return label, asking for the return label operation. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.
Unacceptable Return Conditions
- We do not accept any returned merchandise without order# or shipped out over 60 days from receipt date.
- Products return must be in new, that affect resale will not be returned.
Problems or Questions?
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you didn't need to pay for return shipping, but if you don't want it anymore, or for other reasons other than seller's, you should pay for return shipping.

Refunds
You will receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request(5 to 10 business days).
