Shipping Locations & Fulfillment Centers
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, and select international regions.
To improve delivery speed and reliability, we fulfill orders from local Amazon fulfillment centers located in:
- United States
- Canada
- European Union
- United Kingdom
Inventory is shared with Amazon warehouses, and orders from these regions will be shipped directly from the corresponding local warehouse. Most deliveries are completed within 3–15 business days.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed on the same day or by the next business day after payment is received.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may take 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once a product is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the order (including address changes or cancellations).
Split Shipments
We strive to ship your entire order in one package whenever possible. However, due to inventory distribution across multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
We recommend selecting Expedited Shipping for international orders, as E-Packet may be slower and more prone to delays or loss.
