If you would like to return a product within 90 days of receiving it, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Send an email to service@spetools.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Photos showing the condition of the item(s)
Our customer service team will review your request and send you a return label if approved.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
- Print the return label and attach it to the original SpeTool shipping box or any sturdy cardboard box.
- Place the item(s) securely inside the box.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
- Seal the package completely.
Step 3: Send It Back
Ship the package to the return address listed on the label. Please ensure the package is properly protected and insured if needed.

- Return shipping is free if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
