Four-way pressure

Close the joints. Keep boards aligned.

Side-to-side clamping helps bring board edges together. Top-and-bottom pressure helps keep the panel aligned during glue-up.

Four arrows show side-to-side and top-and-bottom pressure on a panel glue-up.
Pressure mechanism illustration. Body material, clamp length and capacity vary by model.

Bring edges together

Side-to-side pressure helps close the joints between properly prepared boards.

Keep boards aligned

Top-and-bottom pressure helps limit boards lifting out of alignment as you tighten.

Start with prepared stock

Use straight, square edges and dry-fit first. Clamping does not replace flattening or jointing warped stock.

Measure before you choose

Choose by panel width. Plan by panel length.

The size refers to the maximum clamping width across the boards. It is not the length of the finished panel.

  1. Measure the assembled width

Lay out the boards edge to edge. Choose a clamp with enough capacity for the full width of your glue-up.

  2. Check the stock thickness

Confirm your boards fall within the thickness range shown here. Dry-fit the complete setup before applying glue.

  3. Support the full panel length

Use enough clamp positions for your panel length, stock and glue requirements. A pack count is not a guarantee that it suits every project.

Support board alignment

Vertical support helps manage board movement while lateral pressure brings the glue joints together.

Prepare before the glue

A dry run lets you check capacity, board contact and clamp placement while adjustments are easy.

Build on good preparation

Clamping does not replace jointed edges and flat stock. Check alignment as you tighten, without forcing the mechanism.

One series. Four capacities.

Match the clamp to the work you build.

Start with the widest panel you plan to glue. Then check stock thickness and the pack options available for your destination.

Before and after your purchase

A few useful answers before glue-up.

What arrives in the box?

The pack selector above states the number of clamps included. Quantity means packs: two packs of a two-clamp option contain four clamps. Wood, glue and the workbench shown in demonstrations are not included.

Need help with a part or setup?

Keep your order number and model code handy. Send a clear photo of the complete clamp and a close-up of the affected part so the support team can identify the correct version.

Does the size mean panel width or panel length?

It means maximum clamping width across the assembled boards. The length of your panel determines how many clamp positions and supports you need.

S05002: 24 in / 610 mm
What stock thickness does this model accept?

Use boards within the thickness range shown below for this model. Measure the stock after milling and dry-fit the complete setup before applying glue.

S05002: ¼–3 in / 6.4–76.2 mm
How many clamps should I use?

That depends on panel length, stock stiffness, joint preparation and the adhesive instructions. Dry-fit first and check that pressure and support are adequate along the entire glue-up. Do not assume one pair is suitable for every project.

How many clamps are in a pack, and can I order one or three?

Pack options for this regional listing:

  • 2-clamp pack — Available. Quantity 1 = 2 clamps; quantity 2 = 4 clamps.

This listing offers 2-clamp packs only. Single clamps and a total of three clamps are not offered here.

Will these clamps flatten warped boards?

They help support alignment during glue-up, but they do not replace milling or flattening. Prepare straight, flat stock and properly fitting joints before you begin.

What if a handle, bracket or foot is damaged or loose?

Stop using the affected clamp and contact support with your model, order number and photos. Do not force a bent part straight or overtighten to compensate for movement. The team will confirm the next step and part compatibility.

What if a clamp seems to be missing from my package?

Compare the contents with the pack option on your order and inspect the packaging carefully. If the count still does not match, keep the packaging and send support a photo of the contents and shipping label.

What are the shipping and return terms?

Availability and delivery options depend on your destination and the item selected. Check the current shipping and returns policies below for the applicable terms; checkout confirms the shipping charges.

What is the clamp body made from?

Body material refers to the main clamp structure, not every fastener or component. Check the model information below when comparing the series.
