I had a deep bowl I was making and none of my existing end mills would work. The bonus is that I actually searched the fusion 360 spetool BD and simulated the toolpaths before purchasing. So, I was confident they would meet the need and they did.
I got this bit to level a badly warped cherry slab. It worked great, did both sides. This piece will go into a live edge table.
This is a fantastic addition to my Spetool router sled. It cuts evenly and quickly without tearing. The quality is the best I have experienced and the replacement cutting blades are a definite plus.
This bit, W04036 is used a lot in my workshop. I do many small projects and find this bit great for many different lettering fonts. Also, produces great detail on the images on my work pieces.
Oak, Padauk, Sapele, Walnut, Mahogany and Eucalyptus are my major wood species, and I have had no problems using the W04036 SpeTool bit. The only one I broke was when it fell of my worktable and hit the concrete floor. I keep 3 on hand just in case one ever breaks.
