The 20 TPI mechanism moves 0.05″ per full turn, helping you make controlled changes to bit height. Use the zeroing dial as a reference when returning to a setting.

Tools & installation preparation

The manual calls for a set square to check leveling. For a custom opening, it describes a jigsaw or router with a template guide bushing and a top-bearing flush-trim bit. Secure the template and use tools appropriate to your table material.

Unplug the router before installation or adjustments. Confirm access to its power switch and speed control.

P01002 Questions, Answered

Will P01002 fit my router?

The nominal clamping range is 65–107 mm at the straight cylindrical motor body. Diameter alone is not enough: verify motor shape, clamping area, removable base and access to controls. Use the compatibility checker and contact SpeTool with your exact model.

Will it fit my router table?

The plate is nominally 9¼″ × 11¾″ × ⅜″. Check your router table against the current installation guide and the supplied template. Confirm the recess, through-opening, support ledge, corner radius, fixing points and space below the table before cutting or installing.

Will P01002 fit a Bosch RA1181 table?

Do not assume P01002 is a drop-in replacement for the RA1181 opening. SpeTool has a P01004 option for Bosch tables. Ask support to confirm the exact table version, plate and mounting requirements before choosing a lift.

Can I adjust the height from above the table?

Yes. Use the crank wrench at the height-adjustment dial, following the official manual. Release the height lock before adjustment and lock it again afterward. Disconnect router power before setup or bit changes.

Does the lift include a router motor or dust hood?

No. This P01002 single product is the lift and its listed installation accessories. The router motor, router table, cutting bits and optional P01003 dust hood are not included.

Does it include an installation template?

Yes. The DIY installation template helps prepare a suitable opening in your own table. It does not make every existing opening compatible. Confirm the recess, table material, support and clearances with the current manual before cutting; tools and machining may be required.

What is included in the package?
