This is a great price on a great upgrade. The installation wasn't difficult, but you definitely need to set time aside for it. There is noise reduction. Anecdotally, it doesn't appear to be as much as 50%, though. The finish is quite good and better than the straight blades. SpeTool makes great stuff. I am a repeat customer.
Finally a great face milling cutter, at a competitive price. The cutter is balanced and cuts perfectly. The 4-way cutting system is excellent.
This sled is the perfect solution for those of us with limited workshop space (and budgets) who want/need to work with larger pieces, like slabs. Setup instructions are not good (hince the 4 out of 5), but YouTube fixed that.
