This router lift is a quality tool. Was packaged and delivered in perfect condition. All parts were there and they even included templates if you were making a new table (which I was). This was a secondary lift for my shop. My primary lift is a Jessem but this could easily be the top lift in any small shop. Quality and heft throughout and I can easily switch and use either a full size router or a compact one. They hit a home run with this one.
