Woodworking is an art. You can get creative with a simple piece of wood and probably make it one of the most beautiful things in the world. But, the chief enemy of creativity is ‘lack of perfect tools’!
Some expert woodworking guys always use the best router bit for planer and designing their canvases aka wood pieces. A good router bit will save your time and energy and ensure the best wood crafting.
In the last few posts, we have introduced 3 SpeTool Flattenning planer router bits, all of which are excellent and have a good market performance and reputation.
Now SpeTool has come up with a new Flattening router bit with a 1/4" handle diameter, and 1-1/4" cutting diameter, and it's been an immediate hit with users.

Great for small detail work on many different species of wood.
This bit, W04036 is used a lot in my workshop. I do many small projects and find this bit great for many different lettering fonts. Also, produces great detail on the images on my work pieces.
Oak, Padauk, Sapele, Walnut, Mahogany and Eucalyptus are my major wood species, and I have had no problems using the W04036 SpeTool bit. The only one I broke was when it fell of my worktable and hit the concrete floor. I keep 3 on hand just in case one ever breaks.
I have used 2 of these at this point and they have been excellent. They are in the downloadable tool database so I didn't have to create anything manually. They cut great and no signs of heat buildup. Have used them on various wood types from Baltic birch plywood to walnut and I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely buy them again in the future.
My router bits were spread out between three machines and my portable routers. I had them in drawers and in boxes. i now have them mounted next to the router table, pantorouter and cnc where they are in easy reach and i'll be buying a few more now that i know how easy they are to mount and use.
