SpeToolW05003CNC router bit comes with 4 wings and can be cut within 2-½ inches diameter. Though the shank size is similar to the previousW05002router bit, its cutting diameter is larger than that.
A hard surface doesn’t mean a wooden surface only. Its cemented carbide blade can flatten every wooden surface including soft and hardwoods, MDF, plywood, laminate, and many more.
Key Features:
The blades are suitable for timber surfaces.
Its extremely low vibration increases the cutting efficiency.
It doesn’t leave any burn marks on the surface.
Contains two cutting flutes and two up-shear scorers, which provide a smoother finish at the bottom of the cut than traditional two-knife style router bits.
Blades are replaceable and can be used for a long time.

This is a fantastic addition to my Spetool router sled. It cuts evenly and quickly without tearing. The quality is the best I have experienced and the replacement cutting blades are a definite plus.
Great for small detail work on many different species of wood.
This bit, W04036 is used a lot in my workshop. I do many small projects and find this bit great for many different lettering fonts. Also, produces great detail on the images on my work pieces.
Oak, Padauk, Sapele, Walnut, Mahogany and Eucalyptus are my major wood species, and I have had no problems using the W04036 SpeTool bit. The only one I broke was when it fell of my worktable and hit the concrete floor. I keep 3 on hand just in case one ever breaks.
I have used 2 of these at this point and they have been excellent. They are in the downloadable tool database so I didn't have to create anything manually. They cut great and no signs of heat buildup. Have used them on various wood types from Baltic birch plywood to walnut and I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely buy them again in the future.
