Why did I wait so long to buy this!!!!!!!!

I don't write a lot of reviews but felt I needed to for this bit, I have been using cheap carbide bits to flatten slabs for a while now and finally decided to step up to something better and WOW what a difference it made. I flattened both sides of a 9 foot by 36 inch mesquite slab this weekend. ( for those who don't know mesquite is an extremely hard dense wood) This bit never missed a beat and cut my flattening time nearly in half. I cant believe it's still sharp and I haven't even turned the blades yet, AMAZING!!!! I would have ruined a cheap bit doing this job. I will NEVER buy another cheap bit for flattening again.

    Very nice bit.

This bit has worked flawlessly the 2 times I have used it on my table top mounted router. The sound of this bit on start up is a little intimidating. The Finish of the cuts were smooth and had crisp corners without any burnout. Can't wait to use the bit as designed to flatten some large slabs of wood.
