I’ve been using the 1/4” O Flute to cut 1/2” UHMW and it’s been nothing but prefect. I will definitely recommend these bits every time.
I use it them to cut hardwood. But i made a mistake in my program an accidentally cut into my steel vise. It tok a piece of metal with high feedrate. A thougt this was the the end for the bit. But no. It still cuts hardwood like cheese. Lucky feed speed depth ?
