These tools are predominantly used when a high-quality cut finish is required on the top surface of cut parts.

Specially designed to provide an excellent finish. It can be used with handheld, table-mounted, and CNC routers.

Designed for cutting the following materials

  • MDF/HDF
  • Foam Board
  • Hardwood

Go To Small End Mill

This is my "go to" small end mill. I can be pretty aggressive with my speed/feed and have never broken one of these. They have good cutting endurance, provide consistently smooth cuts and haven't let me down.

Quickly became my favorite bit in my Shaper Origin!

I like to cut signs (and intricate pieces of signs) with my Shaper Origin, and this bit can get into sharp corners much more effectively than other bits (like the 1/8th or 1/4 inch).
Ive started working with 2.7mm plywood, and this bit can easily cut it in one pass, and as its a down cut bit, it seems to minimize the sanding needed on the top edge (which is a big deal for me).
The bit is a little pricey, but this far Id say Worth every penny!
